Teaching Approach and Teacher Self-Efficacy during Early Childhood Distance Learning

Child Distance Learning (CDL) during the pandemic has led to an optimal development of children and effective teaching learning processes in kindergartens. To overcome this, teachers need apply a approach accordance with principles kindergarten education. In addition, teachers' self-efficacy their ability teach is also important for developing children's skills. This study aims describe efficacy CDL process identify relationship between two. The research method used quantitative through document analysis as source data findings. A total 116 Public Kindergarten (PK) DKI Jakarta participated filling out Classroom Management Scale Teachers' Sense Efficacy online. All were processed using descriptive statistics correlation. Furthermore, there carried on Daily / Weekly Program Design PK Jakarta. findings identified that included only two education, namely thematic life area showed low CDL. caused by unpreparedness facing challenges other indicate approaches teacher self-efficacy. Another model Interventions increase extent which variables can be studied further future studies.
